The Audi RSQ8 no longer looks outrageous in the super-SUV arms race — but Abt clearly thinks it can go further.
The German tuner has unveiled the Abt RSQ8-S, a 760hp rework of Audi’s 640hp flagship SUV, now available to UK owners willing to spend supercar money on upgrades alone.
Based on the only RSQ8 variant sold in Britain, the S package lifts output by 120hp to 760hp and torque to a hefty 723lb ft, up from 590lb ft.

The gains come via Abt’s Power R upgrade, pairing revised ECU software with larger intercoolers.
Four oversized tailpipes signal intent, while a Nürburgring lap record pedigree and only mild-hybrid assistance mean the RSQ8 remains one of the last relatively “pure” V8-powered uber SUVs on sale.
Visually, the transformation leans heavily on carbon fibre. New wheelarch vents, a prominent rear wing and a deeper front spoiler headline the exterior changes, while the cabin receives carbon trim for the gear selector, dashboard and transmission tunnel.
Abt branding appears across the seats, door sills and even the floor mats. New 23-inch flow-formed alloys sit on 295-section tyres — identical sizing to factory fit, but lighter to trim unsprung weight and potentially sharpen ride quality.

Unlike Abt’s more extreme ‘R’ or limited editions, the RSQ8-S isn’t capped in numbers. Any RSQ8 owner can commission the conversion for €53,000 plus €6,380 fitting — a little over £50,000.
With UK pricing for a new RSQ8 starting at £142,000, it’s a sizeable outlay, but one that edges performance closer to Lamborghini Urus territory for considerably less overall spend.
